work out is necessary and must for each and every person either for man or woman. work out relaxes the body to that extent that we require to run our body again in a good manner.
some guys thinks that picking heavy weight is exercise or going gym regularly is gym. In actual words, there are two kinds of workout. one is for external body that makes our body tougher and more resistive from outside. another is the soul relaxation that is attained through sitting in relax manner, by enjoying nature, by practicing meditation, and by listninig any kind of music that relaxes our soul. some guys relaxes by dancing, some by going for walks, or many other ways are there for workout. but we should keep in mind that our workout should be regular cause it makes our body habitual for relaxation and keeps our mind and body calm.
workout through any way reduces anger in us which can bring us to a dangerous disease of brain hamaradge,brain tumor, BP low or high. so daily workout also reduces this.

by regular workout and drinking lot of water, one cannot be ill ever. this is a very simple remedy for keeping ouselves away from costly and monery sucker medicines.
